Feature Cycles
Extend the software iteratively with new, important functionalities
What is cycle-based agile software development?
The MVP of your software has solved your core problems and could already be used. However, the MVP does not yet contain all features and still needs to mature into a full-fledged product. A typical software cycle comprises one month in which the software is further developed. The features for further development are determined based on customer feedback and your preferences. At the end of each cycle, or month, you have a working piece of software to test and present to your users. Their feedback, in turn, is critical to selecting the right innovations for the next version. The iterative development allows you to have a lot of influence on the features and to develop closely according to the needs of the end user. At the same time, you have full cost control, because after each cycle the software is usable and usable.
After each cycle or month, a usable software is created.
Iterative development allows for user feedback to be addressed
Cost-optimised development, as only features are selected that are effectively desired
High flexibility to align development with new market insights
Full cost control, as usable software is produced in each cycle
